His father instilled many of the virtues that guide him in life and in business: Honesty, Family, and Responsibility. He grew up in Newton and resides there today. He married his wife Debbie shortly after starting the business and they have three children, Phil, Jenna, and Nick. Phil takes great pride in transforming your visions into reality. Arriving to the office each day no later than 5AM, he is the steady force behind the companies success. An avid member of the community, Phil takes great pleasure in operating a small business and giving back what he can. He also enjoys taking the snowmobile up to Maine once in a while. |

![]() Beth Riley – Office ManagerBeth is a local girl who left the state for awhile, hence the hint of a southern drawl still! After spending 12 years in Myrtle Beach, Beth came to us in December 2006. We immediately knew she was a perfect fit. She is quick to master new programs and concepts, friendly, and a bit of a workaholic. The phrase “leave it till tomorrow” is not in her lexicon. Her only flaw is that she is easy to rile by simply moving something on her desk slightly askew! Beth is a happily married mother of four (and grandmother of three) and enjoys antiquing, ballroom dancing, and caring for her girls. …and work. |

![]() Phil R. Mastroianni – Project EstimatorPhil graduated from Bentley College in 2005 and joined the company in 2009 after spending 4 years at the public accounting firm KPMG. He is often at the beck and call of his father, however his primary functions are putting his accounting skills to use preparing estimates and working to market and grow the company for the next generation. When not at work, Phil enjoys spending time procuring his home-made wine and visiting with family. He is a board member and great supporter of Camp-to-Belong Massachusetts, an organization that reconnects siblings who have been separated through foster care. |

![]() Nick Mastroianni- Project SupervisorThe youngest of Phil’s two son’s, Nick was handed down a green thumb and has spent his entire life working towards joining the family business and bringing his own skills to the business. After earning his Associates Degree in Landscape Construction from Stockbridge School of Agriculture, he went on to complete his Bachelors in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts. Nick was behind the launch of the Irrigation Division in 2010. He brings his “technology know-how” to the business, and helps create graphic visualizations for projects where the clients do not posses a landscape architect. |

![]() John Botelho – Maintenance ManagerJohn has been with us since 1985. He is the hardest working, most reliable employee we have ever known. He is always smiling and customers ask for him year after year. He and his wife Lorena live in Dartmouth, are family oriented, and are the proud parents of two girls. His oldest just graduated from UMASS Dartmouth, and his youngest is attending the school now. John plays street hockey and is an avid Boston Bruins fan. |

![]() Alex Quebec – Project SupervisorAlex joined the company in 2006 after graduating from Boston College, and quickly became a key player within the Construction Department. Alex is very detailed orientated and ensures that each landscape build he touches is performed exactly to the architectural specifications. While he embraces a “shovel in hand” image, he is an expert at what he does and a great member of the team. Although, be careful what you say around him, he does also have a reputation for being the company gossip-queen. |

![]() Anthony Brow- Project SupervisorAnthony joined the team after earning his Bachelors in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts, with an Associates degree in Landscape Contracting from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture. In addition to being one of the first people to arrive each morning, he demonstrates his passion for the industry by trying to attain as many accreditation’s as possible through certification programs for various type of landscape installations. He is also a Certified Pesticide Applicator. |

![]() Brian McMahon – Tree Division General ManagerBrian has more than thirty five years of industry experience. A Certified Arborist by both the Massachusetts Arborist Association and the International Society of Arboriculture. He is a graduate of Norfolk County Agricultural School where he majored in forestry and arboriculture. Brian has a BS in biology from The University of Massachusetts at Boston and an MBA from Babson College, Wellesley, MA. A father of three children, Brian enjoys spending his free time with his family and gardening. |

![]() Ellen Menounos- Project Supervisor Ellen started as Project Coordinator in July 2012. She recently completed a Certificate in Planting Design from Boston Architectural College. She is a native of Atlanta, GA and a graduate of the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. She enjoys visiting gardens, memorizing botanical names, and digging in the dirt! Also running, volleyball and hiking. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and detail oriented, you will be happy to have her coordinating your landscape installation. |

![]() Dana Jordan – Turf and Plant Health Care ManagerBefore joining our team, Dana was a Service Manager for The Scotts Company handling Tree, Shrub, and Lawn Care. Advising his clients on realistic and appropriate Lawn & Plant Health practices to keep their landscape looking optimal is his highest priority. He and his wife Mariann are the proud parents of three children, with only the youngest remaining at home with them and attending middle school. Their son and oldest daughter are starting careers after both proudly serving in the USMC.
